Jeffrey Joseph Orlando, 67, of Hammond, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Ft. Myers, Florida.

He was a long time resident of the region and a renowned and well respected boilermaker and welder of Local 374. Jeff could rarely be found idle, and spent as much time as he could outside fishing, gardening, and traveling the world – cruising on his Harley more often than not.

He will be missed dearly by the ones who loved him most; his mother, Evon F. Orlando; his beloved children: Sabrina E. Tamez and Sara L. Tamez, and their mother Alicia Madeka, and Margeaux Y. Orlando and her mother Kathryn Orlando; treasured grandchildren: Ayla Clark, Logan James, Jaiden Orlando, and Camden, Carson and Cassius Dunn; dear siblings, Jimmy J. Orlando and Jennifer J. Ruman; cherished niece and nephew: Stephanie and Nicholas Ruman; and a host of extended family and friends.

He joins in eternity his father, James H. Orlando.
