Michael E. Kozenchik, 53, of Portage, passed away unexpectantly on November 7, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved mother Helen Kozenchik; loving siblings Jim Kozenchik and Anne Sebert; cherished nephew and niece, Brett Kozenchik and Lexi Sebert; dear cousins: Erik, Chris, and Randy Zakrzewski; and many friends.
A lifelong resident of the area, Mike worked at (what is now) Cleveland Cliffs for 30 years. He loved music – especially live music and concerts – and was a talented drummer for many years.

I’m so sorry. My deepest sympathy.
Micheal was always very funny and sweet. Friends with his sister Ann grew
up with her spent many nights there, Micheal was always bugging us and getting on our nerves but always in a good way. Wouldn’t give up those memories for anything. Always had a fun time growing up and spending time at their house.
He might be gone but never forgotten.
Our deepest condolences to his family.
Love Donald & Lora Goodman
